Tracy Jean Lovejoy, 52, of Branford, CT, died Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Yale New Haven Hospital. Born in Hartford, CT, she is the daughter of the late Gary R. Lovejoy and Wendy (Lamson) Lovejoy. She lived in East Hartland, Granby, and Cromwell before relocating to New York City and most recently resided in Branford, CT. Tracy was a Registered Nurse working at Calvary Hospital in the Bronx, NY. She was a consummate professional and a fun-loving woman. She loved her patients, her co-workers, her family and friends; always interested in their lives and how they were doing. She could party like a rock star and sit with a dying patient to give them comfort. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Tomasz Wiernik, mother Wendy Lovejoy and her partner Sue Turgeon, and sister Beth Lovejoy Corrigan.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Dec. 2, 11:00 am at Porto Funeral Home, 234 Foxon Road, East Haven, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Smilow Cancer Center.
