R. Scott Partridge, 37, of Hartford, and formerly of Cromwell, died Wednesday, (August 1, 2001) at Hartford Hospital, after a long illness. Born in Hartford, on July 6, 1964, he was the son of Douglas J. Partridge of Cromwell and the late Jean O. Partridge. He graduated from Cromwell High School in 1982, and attended Becker Junior College in Leicester, MA. He worked for many florists in Connecticut, as well as Dallas, TX. He was a member of the First Congregational Church, Cromwell, and was the first youth recipient of the lifetime membership of the Cromwell Historical Society.
