David E. LaBarge, 37, husband of Phyllis (Carta) LaBarge of 78 South Street, Cromwell, died Friday (May 19, 1995) at his home. He was born Feb. 5, 1958, in Hartford, son of Edward and Angela (Salonia) LaBarge, and had been a lifelong Cromwell resident. He attended Cromwell schools and graduated from Xavier High.

He was a member of St. John's Church, Cromwell, and was employed as an engineer at Slo-cum, Inc. of Glastonbury. Besides his parents and wife of Cromwell, he is survived by two sons, Michael and Tyler, both at home; a daughter, Amanda LaBarge al home; a brother, Mark LaBarge of Portland; his maternal grandmother, Ann Salonia of Cromwell; his paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Triblets of Portland; and also several cousins and nieces.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, 9 a.m., from the D'Angelo Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. at st. John's Church, Cromwell. Burial will be in the family plot in Pine Grove Cemetery, Middletown.
