Phil Carroll
1949 - 2024
Philip James Carroll (born May 1st, 1949, died August 31st, 2024) passed away at the age of 75 at Middlesex Hospital, born the son of the late Thomas and Gertrude Carroll of Cromwell, Connecticut. He was a graduate of Cromwell High School and had a long career in manufacturing.
He was a devoted husband to his wife Ann Kowaleski Carroll, his daughter Sara Ann Carroll and his son James Philip Carroll.
He also leaves 6 remaining siblings Susanne Carroll Dineen, Patricia (Robert) Gilbert, Michele (Emanuel) Randazzo, Alexis (Marilyn) Carroll, Nicholas (Linda) Carroll and Johanna Carroll Wilcox as well as many nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial service to celebrate Philip's Life at St. John Church in Cromwell on September the 28th at 10:00 a.m.
