Thomas A. Zajack
1948 - 2002
Thomas A. Zajack, 53, of Young St., East Hampton, died Wednesday,
(February 13, 2002) at Hartford Hospital. Born in Hartford, he was
the son of the late Stanley J. and Henrietta (Sluboski) Zajack Mr.
Zajack lived in Cromwell most of his life, moving to Marlborough ten years ago.
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the US Army. He was employed by Colt Manufacturing in Hartford and was instrumental in many significant gun changes within the industry and was recognized by Fortune 500 for these accomplishments. He also was an avid outdoorsman.
He is survived by two brothers, Richard Zajack and his wife Sharon of Cromwell and Robert Zajack and his wife Barbara of Middletown. He is predeceased by a son, Matthew Zajack.
Funeral services will be held TODAY, Feb. 16, at the Cromwell Funeral Home, 506 Main Street, Cromwell, 11:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. at St. Patrick's Church, East Hampton.
