David John LaMonica, 62, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Friday, February 18, 2011 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY. Mr. LaMonica was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was preceded in death by: His mother, Adrienne LaMonica. Survivors include: His wife, Linda LaMonica of Vine Grove, KY; 1 daughter, Dana Cyr of Middlefield, CT; his father, Dominic LaMonica of Hartford, CT; 2 brothers, Donald LaMonica of Hartford, CT, Peter LaMonica of Palm Beach, FL; and 1 sister, Cheryl Lukatch of Fort Myers, FL. A memorial service with military honors will be held at 2p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
