After High School I entered a career as a law enforcement officer working for the Middletown Police Department (Connecticut) and then the 3500 member Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (Florida) for thirty-one years. I retired in 2001 as a Patrol Lieutenant - Watch Commander.

We had a summer home on the lake in East Hampton for several years before moving back to Connecticut full time in 2004. We have just completed a full renovation on a 1923 center colonial home at 423 Main Street, Portland, CT. Our hobby is classic cars and we have two show cars that have won numerous trophies and regional competitions. Bob's is a 1965 Pontiac GTO convertible and Ellen's is a 1966 Ford Mustang convertible, both cars were built the years of our high school graduations. Need a car out front for the reunion?

The '65 GTO (pictured above) that was parked out front at the 2005 Class of '65 reunion was totalled when a careless driver ran into us. We now have a '63 Chevy Impala Supersport and a '72 Chevy Cheyenne pick up truck in addition to the '66 Mustang.

Some things never change; three "old" high school buddies got together to celebrate Memorial Day 2005 with a parade and a picinic. The names are below the photograph because most wouldn't recognize us compared to our high school photos.
