Sandra Lee Behm, 56, of Filley Rd., Haddam, passed away Tuesday, (February 11, 2003) at Middlesex Hospital from complications associated with M.S. Born in Middletown on Aug. 17, 1946, she was the daughter of Mary Betty (Johnson) Behm of Cromwell, and the late George A. Behm.

Ms. Behm was a dedicated teacher in the Cromwell school system for 29 years.

Besides her mother, she leaves one devoted brother, George A. Behm, Jr., of Cromwell; and many aunts, uncles, cousins; and a circle of friends including Ted Abalafia.

Funeral services will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Middletown, Monday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. The Rev. Maureen Hawksley, pastor, will officiate and interment will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Haddam Vol. Fire Dept., P.O. Box 194, Higganum, 06441, or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater CT. Chapter, 705 N.
