Robert L. Pierce, son of Carroll Pierce and Mary McCarthy Pierce, passed away peacefully at Evergreen Health Care Center in Stafford Springs, CT, on March 8,2017. Bob was a very proud Navy Veteran and served in Vietnam on the USS Oklahoma City. Bob leaves behind his loving family and long time Navy buddy, Arthur Collins, of Higganum Ct. Friends and family are asked to gather at the Veterans Cemetery located at 317 Bow Lane, Middletown, CT, on Friday, May 12, 2017, at 11:30 AM.
