Fred M. Judson, 41, born in Middletown on May 3, 1965, died unexpectedly March 7, 2007. He was residing in New Haven at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his father Michael Judson, of Las Vegas, his step parents, Katherine and Steve Vinckus of Dennysville Maine, two daughters, Tasha S. Judson of Portland, Maine, Tiffany M. Judson of Bothell, Washington, and his former wife, Patti. He also leaves his two brothers, Michael Judson Jr. and Richie Judson and his fiance Denise. His beloved mom Diane and grandmother Iantha Williams predeceased him by several years.

Fred grew up in Cromwell and worked as a prep cook and as a stagehand for several 80's rock groups before pursuing a career in welding as a member of the International Brotherhood of Ironworkers. Fred lived in Oregon, Washington state, Virginia and Rhode Island, as well as Maine and Connecticut. A private service will be held at the convenience of his family.
