Harold Jay Bingham Jr. of High Street, Portland, died Wednesday at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford. He was 59.

He was born in Washington, D.C.

He is survived by a sister, Annette Bauerle of Cambridge, Vt.

There will be no calling hours. Burial will take place at a later date. The Szymaszek-Taylor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
